Analyses the heat and mass transfer processes between moist air and desiccant, and obtains the expression of heat and moisture transfer resistance. Compares the unmatching coefficients of heat and moisture transfer under different inlet states of air and desiccant. The process along isoconcentration line of inlet desiccant point shows least unmatching coefficients, and the process along isenthalpic line expresses higher unmatching coefficients. Thus dehumidification and regeneration processes are recommended to proceed along isoconcentration line, which means to heat desiccant in the regenerator and cool desiccant in the dehumidifier. Due to the property difference between solid desiccant and liquid desiccant, the handling process of air in desiccant wheel generally proceeds along isenthalpic line.
